About Courtney
A mortgage professional who takes the time to explain
I believe the mortgage process should be clear, not confusing. My job is to help you understand your options — so you can make decisions with confidence.

Mortgage Loan Originator | Innovative Mortgage Services, Inc. | NMLS# 1059199
I became a mortgage loan originator because I wanted to help people navigate one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives — and I wanted to do it differently. Too often, borrowers feel rushed, confused, or like they're just a file number. That's not how I work.
My approach is built on taking the time to understand your situation before recommending anything. I ask questions, I listen, and I explain things in plain language — not mortgage jargon. Whether you're buying your first home, refinancing, or exploring options you didn't know existed, I want you to feel informed and confident at every step.
I work with a range of loan programs, which means I can look at your situation from multiple angles and help identify what may actually be the best fit — not just the easiest option to process.
My approach
How I Work With You
I believe the best mortgage conversations are honest ones. That means being upfront about what different programs involve, what the qualification process looks like, and what questions you should be asking — even if the answers aren't always simple.
My job isn't to push you toward a particular product. It's to help you understand what's available for your situation and what each path forward actually looks like. From there, you're in a much better position to make a decision that works for you.
I work with borrowers across a range of situations — traditional W-2 income, self-employment, investment properties, and more. If you're not sure whether your situation fits a standard loan program, that's exactly the kind of conversation I'm here to have.
What to expect
Your First Conversation
No pressure, no commitment
An initial conversation is just that — a conversation. Reaching out does not create a loan application or any obligation.
We start with your goals
I'll ask about what you're hoping to accomplish and where you are in the process — whether that's early exploration or ready to move forward.
Plain-language explanations
I'll explain the programs that may be relevant to your situation in straightforward terms, without assuming you already know the terminology.
Clear next steps
By the end of our conversation, you'll have a clearer picture of what options may be worth exploring and what the path forward looks like.
Let's have a conversation
The best way to understand your options is to talk through your specific situation. Reach out and let's start there.
